SMS & Messaging Terms
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These SMS & Messaging Terms describe the ContentKilla / Value Vault text-messaging program and your consent to receive it. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, at checkout), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing & account text messages from Value Vault / ContentKilla at the number provided.
The consent you agree to
By checking the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to the following:
“I agree to receive recurring automated marketing & account text messages from Value Vault / ContentKilla at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can buy and use ContentKilla without opting in to text messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messages you choose to send or receive.
Message & data rates
Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any such charges.
How to opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts to that number. You may continue to receive essential account messages where permitted by law.
Help — reply HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, or email hello@contentkilla.ai.
Carriers & delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent record are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We retain your consent record to comply with applicable law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Ohio law).
